Limitations of use The Event must not be connected to a mains
fed water supply.The Event is not suitable for installation
in institutional applications. |
| The type of wall surface will
affect the perceived sound levels. Solid walls will
provide a quieter operation. At full flow (Boost
position), with the appliance installed on to a
solid wall, the maximum sound level can be expected
to be in the region of 55dBA when measured at a
distance of 1 metre. This figure does not include
the noise generated by the spray from the handset. |
| The Mira Event should not be used
for applications where an outlet flow control forms
part of the shower fitting. |
| The product and its components are
only suitable for normal water supplies and should
be cleaned only with mild washing up detergent or
soap solution. |

Performance Thermostatic version |
| The specification performance
outlined below for the standard appliance is
achieved with a blend set between 35șC-45șC and
supplies of 15șC cold and 65șC hot with nominally
equal pressures |
| The blended water temperature is
maintained within 2șC with a 10șC change in the
hot or cold water supply. |
| The sensor effects a shut down to
seepage in approximately 2 seconds if the cold
supply fails. |
| Shut down to seepage is achieved
only if the hot supply is a minimum of 12șC above
the blend temperature |
| The blended water temperature is
maintained within 1.5șC when the pressure between
inlet and outlet is halved (defined as a pressure
loss ratio of 2:1) on either the hot or cold side. |
