What is RH / LH

What's the difference?

Determining whether you require a RIGHT HAND (RH) or LEFT HAND (LH) tray or installation is important. This can be a little confusing as it depends on the orientation of the installation in relation to the room.

For your assistance please study the following examples to see which one matches to your requirement.

Factors that determine handing

For a corner enclosure - the position of the waste outlet normally determines the handing of a tray. Typically, the waste outlet is positioned in the rear corner of the tray (closest to the adjoining structural walls).

Trays with a square edge - It may be possible in a few situations to request the outlet in another position. This is achieved by rotating the tray accordingly. This may however compromise design functionality. Please check before ordering.

Trays with a ramped edge - these may not be rotated in order to move the position of the waste.

Don't forget - If you have any problems deciding RH or LH please don't hesitate to call for assistance.

It is recommended - that you provide a simple sketch to accompany your order to avoid mistakes.
